Living Imperfectly

It reassures me to know that I have to milk a lot of cows to make cheese. I think in my photography I'm not milking enough cows, and I expect far too much from each cow I do milk. In this age of digital, where any image can be deleted with a flick of a thumb to make room for more images, what's stopping me? (And then suddenly a different, but related expression popped into my head -- Why would he buy the cow when he can get the milk for free? Thanks, mom.)
